Great Job!

It’s not difficult to see someone knocking someone down, being rude, or saying something negative. All you have to do is go on social media for a minute and you’ll most likely see some form of this. How often do you find yourself engaging in it too? I know I’m guilty of it, it’s an easy hole to fall down. Instead, we should be encouraging people, building them up, loving on them, and helping to motivate them. It doesn’t cost us anything to say a kind word to someone, to give them a smile or a thumbs up, we can spread the love of Jesus to others in such an easy way. We don’t know the time and day Jesus will return, but we do know it’s coming. Let’s be like the Thessalonians, let’s build each other up and strengthen one another for the time when he returns! It says in the verse “just like you are doing” which shows that they understood this concept and it’s essentially Paul giving them the thumbs up, as if to say they are doing a great job with it! Instead of knocking people down and being discouraging or negative, let’s be more like Jesus and encourage others and love on them. Who knows who will be watching and see this, and how much it can become a domino effect. If everyone would just treat others as they’d want to be treated, this world could be a much better place.
