The Managing Board of Deacons ensures the faithful stewardship of church resources, enabling the spiritual ministries and mission to thrive. Together, they prayerfully oversee the business, financial, and operational affairs of Scottsdale Worship Center (SWC), working closely with the Lead Pastor and in concert with the Elders.

Elders are central in advancing SWC’s mission to help others know and follow Jesus through character, calling, and community, especially as we engage the spiritually interested but congregationally disengaged. Their spiritual tone and leadership shape the fabric of SWC’s church life.
