People Matter, Part I, August 22nd, 2010, Pastor Chris Harper
In this Sunday's message, I begin the first of a three-part series titled "People Matter." Amidst all the things that "matter" to us, we are reminded by the Holy Spirit that people are God's first priority..people like you. The heart of God passionately burns in our direction...join me as we lean in to better know this heart. You may consider a prayer similar to that of Moses from Exodus 33, "...let me know your ways what I may know you." Oh yes Lord!

A Fresh Start - Back to School, August 15, 2010, Pastors Lenny, Lenny III, Justin
Remember the old line in the Sprint commercial, "Can you hear me now?" After our reflections on REST this past Sunday, I hope you're already experiencing God's voice with new clarity, found as you rest in Him. There's great joy found in resisting worry and fear. Keep the faith- live the Sabbath life!
Join Pastors Lenny II, Lenny III, and Justin as they co-teach this message focused on families, and students who are returning to school.
Keep in mind that we're back into our full ministry schedules this week, including our Wednesday night classes for adults, youth and kids. As we keep the faith, let's be sure to keep our focus on Him!

Consider this: "before God created work, He created REST!" This message is certain to put you to sleep (not during the message, I hope). The title is, "Living the Sabbath Life, " a state of heart and mind that has been tragically lost in our society, and the results are obvious.
This is a "must-hear" message for both you and your friends. Please take a minute and call/facebook/email/tweet someone and invite them to listen to this message of REST. I can already hear the sound of the ocean waves in the background....

Irrefutable Evidence, August 1, 2010, Part VII, Pastor Chris Harper
I think most of us are still feeling the joy of this past Sunday's worship gathering. During our singing, we experienced such an obvious anointing for miracles, and Jennifer's message on the "extraordinary spirit" was so inspiring. I'm certain we'll be hearing testimonies for weeks to come. Awesome! Our God- He's Awesome. Folks, my challenge to all of us is to choose to keep our faith strong at all times and make room for the supernatural!
This message finishes the teaching series, "Irrefutable Evidence". Our last and final exhibit on display is Prayer and Prophecy...we're gonna finish strong! Something for you to ponder in preparation for this message: If the "megaphone" of God's voice to mankind is the written Word, what is the "still small voice?" (I Kings 19:12) And lastly, would we all agree that in the midst of adversity, our ability to "hear" that voice is of great consequence? Send me your thoughts: chris@scottsdaleworship.com
